This beautiful young lady is Jill Papapanu, a veteran of the US Navy (she was a U.S. Navy rescue swimmer) and aspiring fitness model and fitness competitor.
She's five foot eight, 150 pounds and is originally from Sarver, Pennsylvania, but resides in Tampa, Florida right now.
Jill has appeared in Oxygen Magazine (Future of Fitness January 2010), the Power Plank Infomercial (www.buypowerplank.com), Good Day Tampa Bay Fitness, and as a MTV Spin Masters TV pilot promo model.
She also played football for The Tampa Breeze, Tampa’s Lingerie Football Team.

Brooke was born on July 2nd, 1979 and is based out of Los Angeles, California.

Lori Harder - Ms. Bikini Universe 2010

I know I keep saying this, but again, we have one of the most beautiful women I think I have ever profiled here.
Lori Harder is a fitness competitor, fitness model, and fitness trainer and she is Ms. Bikini Universe 2010.
By the way, Lori didn't only win the Ms. Bikini America title, but also the Figure America Championship, at the same contest!
That was the first time that had happened in 21 years.
No small feat.
This five foot eight, 135 pound, fitness beauty has participated in Figure and Bikini competitions in both the Fitness America Federation, and the NPC.
And you may have seen one of her several appearances in Oxygen Magazine.

Louise Rogers - IFBB European Figure Pro

This beautiful young lady is IFBB European Figure Pro and fitness model Louise Rogers.
Louise was born on May 22nd, 1982 in Dorchester, Dorset, England.
In her first year of competing, she took first place at the UKBFF 2008 Body Building Championships.
Louise stands five foot eight and weighs 126 pounds.

So far I can only find two female fitness competitions she has competed in...

Zhanna Rotar - IFBB Figure Pro

This beautiful young lady is IFBB Figure Pro Zhanna Rotar.
Zhanna is five foot three and weighs 116 pounds.
She was born on August 2, 1980 in Chernivtsi, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union.
(You may be familiar with another Chernivtsi native, Mila Kunis)
When she was 16, Zhanna and her family migrated to the U.S., and they settled in Seattle Washington.
While attending a community college, she joined a gym and tried several programs before deciding on weightlifting.
She really got into it and set a goal of becoming a fitness competitor, however, when the Figure division was created, she saw that as a better fit.
Since 2002, Zhanna has racked up an impressive list of female fitness competitions....

Kristal Marshall - IFBB Bikini Pro

This isn’t my first write up on the lovely Kristal Marshall by a long shot.
Back when she was in the WWE, I did several write up on her connected with wrestling.
But Kristal left the WWE, had a baby, and is now officially an IFBB Bikini Pro.

Kristal was born on November 11, 1983 in Los Angeles, California and you may know of her boyfriend (and the father of her baby) former collegiate amateur wrestler, former pro wrestler and mixed martial arts fighter Bobby Lashley.
(Bobby and Kristal were married in 2008, but split in April of 2010, but according to Kristal, they are still friends)

Before going to work for the WWE, Kristal competed in the 2004 Miss California pageant, she was a model for Deal or No Deal (she was the opening week model for case number five in season one) , she appeared in music videos by 50 Cent and Ma$e and was a Barker Beauty on The Price Is Right.

Kristal got into the WWE through the 2005 Raw Diva Search (she finished fourth), and the WWE liked what they saw, and Kristal was signed to a developmental contact and sent to Deep South Wrestling for training.

In December 2005, she joined the SmackDown! Roster as a backstage correspondent, but eventually made her way into the ring, having feuds with Jillian Hall, Ashley Massaro and Layla El before being released by the WWE in 2007.

She and Bobby made a few brief appearances in TNA, but nothing really came of that.



But now, as I said, Kristal is an IFBB Bikini Pro, she is looking amazing and she has done quite well for herself so far in competition....

Fitness Females - Margi Faze

This gorgeous young lady is stay at home mom of three AND fitness model Margi Faze from Nevada.
Yes, you read that right...mother of three!
Every now and then I get to do an entry on one of these fitness beauties that is really inspirational, and this is one of those times.
Marge didn't start on her path of becoming a fitness model until she was thirty five.
And that was after her three kids were born.
I think this may be the first lady I have done a write up on here whose transformation story is so amazing that the Washington Times interviewed her about it.



Margi's goal wasn't to go into fitness modeling, or become a female fitness competitor.
She just wanted to get in shape.
But look at her now.
I would say that she more than succeeded.
She recently won her class at the Miss Bikini America contest and she won the Body for Life Grand Master Championship.


Margi is a perfect example that you can do anything you set your mind to.

Mary Jarmolowich - Fitness Beauty

I did a write up on fitness model and bikini competitor Mary Jarmolowich over on my other fitness beauties blog awhile back and she is one of the most popular women there.
So why not spread the love?
I hate to use the term "perfect" because everyone has their own idea of what a perfect build is.
But in my eyes, Mary comes pretty darn close!



She took first place at the FAME Sin City Bikini contest in 2008, and also in 2008 she competed in the FLEX Magazine Bikini Contest taking third place.
In 2009, she placed 7th at the WBFF Worlds -Pro Diva Fitness Model competition.
In 2010 Mary placed 16th at the NPC USA Championships, 2nd at the 2010 NPC West Coast Classic Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships and 4th at the 2010 NPC Nevada State Championships.
Besides competing in fitness/bikini competitions, Mary is also a marathon runner.
She is studying for her ISSA personal training certification and is also working on a certification in nutrition as well.

Kortney Olson-KO

This young lady is Kortney Olson also known simply as "KO".
She's a Scorpio (as you may have noticed from her tattoo) and she has 15 inch biceps, 27 inch quads and 18 inch calves.
KO is 5'7 and 147 pounds.
This young lady had put a lot of time and effort into her body and it really shows.
Besides lifting weights, she does kempo, jujitsu and golf.
Imagine her going into MMA.....

Do a search on her on YouTube and you'll find several videos of her.
She says she wants to be famous and I think she is well on her way.

This beautiful young lady is fitness model Cassandra Hope.

Cassandra is from Toronto, Ontario, Canada ( I still say they are doing some kind of genetic engineering up there).
She is 5'4 and weighs 125.
I think she is gorgeous, but to compete (and she does) she may have to get a bit more ripped to get the judge's attention.
I don't think she has any trouble getting attention from anyone else though.

Christi Wolf - Bodybuilding Women

Female bodybuilder, fitness model and former American pro wrestler Christi Wolf (also known as Christie Wolf) was born on August 7th, 1966 in Corning, New York.

Before bodybuilding and wrestling, Christi started her career as a Hawiian Tropics model, kinda like to Maryse in the WWE today.
In bodybuilding, she won the 1997 Ms. Florida Bodybuilding Championship, the 1997 Pro Invitational Strength Extravaganza Championship and the 1998 NPC Nationals.

Christi debuted in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1999 as the Head Nurse at the mental institution where Ric Flair was put by his son David. When Flair got out, he brought her along as his valet called Asya, a parody of Chyna of the WWF (since "Asia" is bigger than "China").

In late 1999, Christi left Flair and joined "The Revolution", which consisted of Shane Douglas, Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit and Perry Saturn. She wrestled in several mixed tag team matches against Torrie Wilson and "The Filthy Animals".

She left the wrestling in 2001 before the WCW was purchased by Vince McMahon. She has gone on to become one of Florida's top female pro barrel racers. She is now a pro athlete in three sports.
