Fitness Females - Margi Faze

This gorgeous young lady is stay at home mom of three AND fitness model Margi Faze from Nevada.
Yes, you read that right...mother of three!
Every now and then I get to do an entry on one of these fitness beauties that is really inspirational, and this is one of those times.
Marge didn't start on her path of becoming a fitness model until she was thirty five.
And that was after her three kids were born.
I think this may be the first lady I have done a write up on here whose transformation story is so amazing that the Washington Times interviewed her about it.



Margi's goal wasn't to go into fitness modeling, or become a female fitness competitor.
She just wanted to get in shape.
But look at her now.
I would say that she more than succeeded.
She recently won her class at the Miss Bikini America contest and she won the Body for Life Grand Master Championship.


Margi is a perfect example that you can do anything you set your mind to.

Fitness Model, Cassandra Hope

This beautiful young lady is fitness model Cassandra Hope.

Cassandra is from Toronto, Ontario, Canada ( I still say they are doing some kind of genetic engineering up there).
She is 5'4 and weighs 125.
I think she is gorgeous, but to compete (and she does) she may have to get a bit more ripped to get the judge's attention.
I don't think she has any trouble getting attention from anyone else though.

You know I thought I had already done a write up on Kendra Elias, but evidently I was wrong.
This beautiful IFBB fitness competitor stands 5'1 and weighs 105-115 pounds.
Kendra has appeared in Flex and Muscle and Fitness HERS magazines.

Fitness Models : Kathleen Tesori

Kathleen Tesori is another beautiful fitness model that I featured over at my other female fitness blog that I think deserves another look.
Kathleen is Americas Fittest Model Magazine's "Fittest Model Champion" and she has done a lot of fitness modeling.
Besides appearing on the Hawaiian Tropic website and poster she was in the June 2009 issue of Muscle and Fitness, the June 2009 issue of Flex Magazine and the Jan/Feb 2009 issue of Muscle and Fitness Hers.
Kathleen started out lifting to stay in shape when she was a Hawaiian Tropic swimsuit model, and it took off from there.

Karen Kryzanowski

This is FAME Fitness Model competitor Karen Kryzanowski from Thornhill, Toronto, Ontario.
More evidence that they are doing some kind of genetic research in Canada for breeding superhumans!
Karen is five foot four and weighs 135 pounds.

Diana Tyuleneva - Fitness Model

Sometimes in doing research for this blog, I just run across a woman that is just amazing.
Fitness model, figure competitor and personal trainer Diana Tyuleneva fits that bill.
This 5' 6" 125 pound beauty from Romania is, to me, a prime example of what muscles and beauty is all about.
There are videos of her all over the web, and she's in just about every major bodybuilding forum.
And rightly so I think.

I hope we will soon see her gracing US contests.

Jackie Roberts - Tri Fitness Athlete

Usually the ladies featured on here are well rounded.
But Jackie Roberts takes that to another level.
She is a FAME Bikini Model Pro, Women's Tri-Fitness Athlete, ON/ABB Sponsored Athlete, fitness model, swimwear model and a personal fitness trainer.
And Jackie graduated Washington State University with a major in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Spanish.
She's competed in Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure competitions.
But that probably seems tame next to her love of competing in Women's Tri-Fitness challenges.
These events usually consist of a Fitness Event ( they perform a a maximum 2-minute routine, and are judged on strength moves, flexibility, endurance, choreography and overall performance and presentation), Fitness Skills (box jump, bench press and a shuttle run), Obstacle Course ( pulling out all the stops here with a 10 foot Wall, Running Grid, Incline/Decline Monkey Bars, Balance Beam, 15 foot Cargo Net, Shuttle Run, 2 Low Hurdles, Steeple chase jump over water, Sprint and Under and Over Bar) and finally an optional Grace/Physique round.

Monica Brant, Fitness Legend?

It's been a while since we've had a Monica Brant entry, so I though we were overdue.
This lady has creds that go from a win at the 1991 Fitness USA Preliminary, to placing 7th at the 2007 Figure Olympia.
And unlike a lot of other female fitness models from the 90's, she hasn't disappeared.

Kim McClellan - Fitness Model

Kim McClellan

This five foot six,130 pound, green eyed, blond haired fitness model looks like she leaned more towards bodybuilding than fitness.
Even while staying sleek, she also had a respectable amount of bulk to her.
Unfortunately, like many of the other fitness models from the 80s and 90s, she seems to have vanished from the net.

Christi Wolf - Bodybuilding Women

Female bodybuilder, fitness model and former American pro wrestler Christi Wolf (also known as Christie Wolf) was born on August 7th, 1966 in Corning, New York.

Before bodybuilding and wrestling, Christi started her career as a Hawiian Tropics model, kinda like to Maryse in the WWE today.
In bodybuilding, she won the 1997 Ms. Florida Bodybuilding Championship, the 1997 Pro Invitational Strength Extravaganza Championship and the 1998 NPC Nationals.

Christi debuted in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1999 as the Head Nurse at the mental institution where Ric Flair was put by his son David. When Flair got out, he brought her along as his valet called Asya, a parody of Chyna of the WWF (since "Asia" is bigger than "China").

In late 1999, Christi left Flair and joined "The Revolution", which consisted of Shane Douglas, Dean Malenko, Chris Benoit and Perry Saturn. She wrestled in several mixed tag team matches against Torrie Wilson and "The Filthy Animals".

She left the wrestling in 2001 before the WCW was purchased by Vince McMahon. She has gone on to become one of Florida's top female pro barrel racers. She is now a pro athlete in three sports.

Ahmo Hight - Fitness Model

Ahmo Hight was born in Newport Beach, California.
This 5'4, 110 pound lady was a very popular fitness model during the old Muscle Mag and usenet days.
She had a softer look than most, and I don't know if she ever actively competed in any fitness competitions.
But she was beautiful.
