This beautiful young lady is Miriam Sanchez. Miriam is a fitness trainer from San Pedro del Pinatar, Spain, and besides fitness, she's into Flamenco dancing and Harley Davidson riding. She was the Spain Bodyfitness Champion in 2006, 2007 and 2008. Miriam came in 5th at the IFBB European Womens Bodybuilding, Fitness and Body Fitness in Cacak, Serbia in 2007 and 5th at the 2007 IFBB World Womens Championships in Santa Susanna Spain. Miriam also came in 1st place at the Princess Kalina Fitness Cup on March 14th, 2008 in Sophia, Bulgaria. She also came in 13th in NPC Figure Class E at the 2009 Arnold Classic.

Alexis overcame a severe car wreck and brought herself up to the level that she is today. This absolutely stunning young lady is fitness competitor, fitness model, glamor model and three time Colombian Fitness Champion, Norma Carrasquilla. There, I blew almost everything I know about her in one sentence. I do know she was born on May 8th, 1908, she's 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 130 well placed pounds. I read that she was a three time Colombian Fitness Champion, but I cant find out what championships they were, so that kinda eliminates the contest history section.

This is kind of a cross over post, as I have done a couple of write ups on fitness competitor, fitness model and swimsuit model Karen Pang over at my Asian Fitness blog. She even came in third in the most popular women on that blog for June. Karen stands 5'2 and weighs 107 pounds, and she can look very ripped and lean for fitness shots, and look softer for swimsuit photos.

I've done one write up already on the stunning Amber Elizabeth Fournier on my other fitness blog, Female Fitness and Bodybuilding Beauties, but this incredible young lady deserves more than one look I think. This is Corey (Cory) Everson's third appearance on this blog and I think rightly so.
Retiring from competition after winning six consecutive Ms. Olympia titles, Cory tried her hand at acting. Her first film appearance was in the 1986 movie "The Morning After" as Miss Olympia. Double Impact in 1991 was her second movie. In that movie, she played Kara, a ruthless, muscular henchwoman to the main badguy. In 1994, she was in Oliver Stone's Natural Born Killers as the TV Mallory. She appeared in the 1995 film Ballistic. (Not the 2002 film with Antonio Banderas and Lucy Liu.) In 1996, she was in the movie Felony as Sondra with B-movie legends (and two of my favorite actors) Jeffrey Combs and Lance Henriksen.
On TV, Cory appeared twice as Katrina Schwenke in The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. (starring another of my favorite actors, Bruce Campbell). She also appeared in Renegade, Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (three times as Atalanta), Tarzan: The Epic Adventures, Home Improvement and Charmed as the Hulk Paige.
Of course Cory was the original host of the ESPN2 fitness show, BodyShaping that also included Deprise Brescia, Kiana Tom, Jennifer Dempster, Rick Valente, Kendell Hogan, Mary Jean Traetta and Laurie Donnelly.

Oksana Grishina is IFBB Pro Russian Fitness Competitor. She was born in Kaliningrad, Russia. This 5'3", 116 lbs lady started her professional career while working in a Fitness Club as a personal trainer.

Fitness Model / Fitness Competitor / Wrestler: Melissa Coates
Melissa Coates was born June 18, 1969 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. She is a professional wrestler, fitness model, and former bodybuilder. She has also appeared in the first two seasons of the GSN show Extreme Dodgeball. Melissa can bench press 250 pounds. When Melissa signed up with the WWE, she wrestled in their Ohio Valley Wrestling training program. There she faced several ladies that would go on to become famous WWE Divas including Beth Phoenix, Jillian Hall, Mickie James, and Melina Perez.
She is currently working with Women's Extreme Wrestling. She was also voted Voted Best Female Wrestler in Georgia 2007.
Melissa appeared on the covers of Muscle&Fitness, Flex, Musclemag, Ironman and Muscular Development, as well as training articles, swimsuit and lingerie features.
In the 90's if you didn't know who Marla Duncan was, you weren't paying attention. Marla was one of the first " fitness babes" that made people sit up and take notice that muscles could be feminine. Another lady from the 90's, power lifter and fitness model Marjorie Orrante. I dont know it this is the same Marjorie Orrante that appeared in the 1999 film" Where's George?" or not. But I do think this the first power lifter we've featured.

This is probably my favorite fitness model of all time, Margo Napoli. She lacked the bulk of some models, but she was lean, ripped and cut up. Margo left fitness modeling though I dont see why. I think she could be even more popular today.
Of all the women featured here, ex WWE Diva Trish Stratus is one of the most popular. Trish has moved on after the WWE, staying very busy..... She hosted the Canada's Walk of Fame induction ceremony, kissed Pamela Anderson, was in the CBS reality show Armed & Famous, hosted The Second City's Next Comedy Legend, opened a yoga studio in North Toronto called Stratusphere Yoga in 2008 and this Fall will have her own travel show also called Stratusphere.
