Jenny Lynn Hottest Female Bodybuilderes with Good Figures with images
Each of my workouts takes 45 minutes to an hour. For legs, I do about 30 sets and approximately 16-18 sets for back and shoulders.

I don't spend a lot of time on chest or arms because of the muscle I've added to them over the years and the work they get indirectly. Abs, I intermix between sets during these workouts.
